2009 Annual Compliance Requirements
Given that your Fund is being transitioned in the 2010 financial year, ESUPERFUND is UNABLE to prepare the 2009 compliance documentation for your Fund including tax return, audit and financial statements. The 2009 compliance requirements for your Fund will need to be prepared by your current accountant.
2010 and Future Years Annual Compliance Fee For the 2010 Financial Year and future years, ESUPERFUND attends to all the taxation and accounting obligations including the audit for your Superfund for an annual FIXED FEE of $599 per annum (GST inclusive). This fee is fixed irrespective of the number of transactions made by your Superfund, the size of your Superfund or the number of members. Our Annual Fee includes attending to ALL annual compliance obligations for your SMSF including:
- Preparation of an annual Balance Sheet
- Preparation of an annual Profit & Loss Statement
- Preparation of annual Member Statements
- Preparation of annual Trustee Resolutions & Minutes
- Preparation of an annual Income Tax Return
- Preparation of an annual Audit
Please note our FREE First Year Offer for NEW SMSFs does NOT apply to EXISTING SMSF'S given your Fund has been previously established and all prior year balances and tax history for your SMSF will need to recorded by ESUPERFUND.
Annual Compliance Fee is Fixed
Our low ongoing annual fee of $599 per annum is FIXED. This is not an introductory fee. Our aim is to ensure our fees are the most competitive in the market on a continual basis. Whereas other SMSF providers offer generous first year promotional offers you can be assured our low annual compliance fee will remain low - always.
Timing of 2011 and Future Years Annual Fee
The 2010 Financial Year Compliance Fee is payable in June 2010. Future Annual Compliance Fees after the 2010 Financial Year are payable each 12 month anniversary thereafter, in June each year.

For example if you transition your SMSF on or before 15 March, 2010, your annual fees will be as follows:
2010 Financial Year Annual Fee Payable June 2010
2011 Financial Year Annual Fee Payable June 2011
2012 Financial Year Annual Fee Payable June 2012
and so on ..
Who Pays the Annual Compliance Fee?
Importantly your SMSF will pay our annual compliance fee of $599 from the ANZ V2 Plus Account established for your SMSF. An authority to make the payment annually is included with the Transition Package for signing, meaning that the payment will occur automatically each year from your Fund's ANZ V2 Plus Account.
