2012 Annual Compliance Fee

If you establish a SMSF on or before 15 February, 2012, the First Years 2012 annual compliance fee is FREE.  That is the fee to attend to the Fund's 2012 annual compliance obligations is FREE.  This is a saving of $699.  In conjunction with our FREE Setup Offer this is a total saving of $1,398, unprecedented in todays market.  Our FREE First Year Offer includes attending to ALL annual compliance obligations for your SMSF for the 2012 Financial Year including:

2013 Annual Compliance Fee

For the 2013 Financial Year, ESUPERFUND attends to all the taxation and accounting obligations including the audit for your Superfund for an annual FIXED FEE of $699 per annum (GST inclusive), irrespective of the number of transactions made by your Superfund, the size of your Superfund or the number of members. Our Annual Fee includes attending to ALL annual compliance obligations for your SMSF including:

Preparation of an annual Balance Sheet 
Preparation of an annual Profit & Loss Statement
Preparation of annual Member Statements
Preparation of annual Trustee Resolutions & Minutes
Preparation and Lodgement of an annual Income Tax Return
Preparation of an annual Audit 

2014 and Future Years Annual Compliance Fee

After the 2013 Financial Year the annual compliance fee will be reviewed annually.  If there is a change to the annual compliance fee, the change will be notified by ESUPERFUND via this page on our website.  Fee Increases where applied will be in line with our aim to ensure our fees are the most competitive in the market on a continual basis.  We note that we have had only one modest fee increase in the past decade.  Our fee history can be found here.

Not an Introductory Fee

As detailed above our current low annual fee of $699 per annum is FIXED irrespective of the number of transactions made by your Superfund, the size of your Superfund or the number of Members.  The annual compliance fee is not an introductory fee. Our aim is to ensure our fees are the most competitive in the market on a continual basis. Whereas other SMSF providers offer generous first year promotional offers you can be assured our low annual compliance fee will remain low - always

When is the Annual Compliance Fee Payable?

As outlined above the 2012 year's annual compliance fee for your SMSF is FREE.  The 2013 Financial Year Compliance Fee is payable in January 2013.  Future Annual Compliance Fees after the 2013 Financial Year are payable each 12 month anniversary thereafter, in January each year.

For example if you establish your SMSF on or before 15 February, 2012, your annual fees will be as follows: 

2012 Financial Year FREE
2013 Financial Year Annual Fee Payable January 2013
2014 Financial Year Annual Fee Payable January 2014
2015 Financial Year Annual Fee Payable January 2015
and so on ..

Who Pays the Annual Compliance Fee?

Importantly your SMSF will pay our annual compliance fee of $699 from the ANZ V2 Plus Account established for your SMSF. An authority to make the payment annually is included with the Establishment Package for signing, meaning that the payment will occur automatically each year from your Fund's ANZ V2 Plus Account.

Our FREE First Year Offer applies only to New SMSF applications submitted on or before 15 February, 2012. For example if you apply online on or before 15 February, 2012, however your SMSF is established after that date you will still qualify for our FREE First Year Fee Offer.
