ANZ V2 Plus - Compulsory
Clients of ESUPERFUND must use the ANZ V2 Plus Account as the Transaction Account for their SMSF to receive income and contributions and pay fees and taxes. For more click here.
ASX Listed Securities - Allowed
Clients of ESUPERFUND can invest in all ASX Listed Securities. All ASX Listed Securities must be bought and sold using Comsec. For more click here.
ASX Listed Warrants - Allowed
Clients of ESUPERFUND can invest in ASX Listed Warrants. All Warrants must be bought and sold using Comsec or via a Prospectus. For more click here.
CFDs - Allowed
Clients of ESUPERFUND can invest in CFDs. All CFD Investments must be bought and sold using Comsec. For more click here.
Exchange Traded Options - Allowed
Clients of ESUPERFUND can invest in Exchange Traded Options. All Exchange Traded Options must must be bought and sold using Comsec. To apply for an Exchange Traded Options Account with Comsec click here.
Australian and International Managed Funds - Allowed
Clients of ESUPERFUND can invest in Australian and International Managed Funds with any Fund Manager they choose. Managed Funds do not have to be purchased through Comsec. For more click here.
Term Deposits - Allowed
Clients of ESUPERFUND can invest in Term Deposits using our Term Deposit Service or directly with any Bank they choose. For more click here.
Online Savings Accounts - Allowed
Clients of ESUPERFUND can invest in Online Savings Accounts with any Bank they choose. Details of this investment will be requested by ESUPERFUND at financial year end. For more click here.
Physical Metals - Allowed
Clients of ESUPERFUND can invest in Physical Metals such as Gold. Alternatively clients can trade physical metals via the ASX (where available) using Comsec.
Direct Australian Property (No SMSF Borrowing) - Allowed
Clients of ESUPERFUND are permitted to invest in Direct Australian Property where the SMSF does not borrow to acquire the Property. Details of this investment will be requested by ESUPERFUND at financial year end. For more click here.
Direct Property (With SMSF Borrowing) - Allowed
Clients of ESUPERFUND are permitted to invest in Direct Australian Property where the SMSF borrows to fund the Property Purchase. For more click here.
Investments in Private Companies or Private Trusts - Disallowed
Clients of ESUPERFUND are not permitted to invest in Private Companies or Private Trusts that are not Listed on the ASX.
Overseas Property - Disallowed
Clients of ESUPERFUND are not permitted to invest in Overseas Property.
Other Investments not Previously Listed - Must be Approved by ESUPERFUND
Clients of ESUPERFUND are not permitted to invest in any Asset not listed above, unless approved by ESUPERFUND. ESUPERFUND will not be able to act for clients who invest in any Asset not listed above, unless otherwise approved.
