All the above services are included in our annual fee of $699.
Record Keeping - An Important Trustee Duty
To ensure that the Funds annual compliance obligations can be met, your SMSF must maintain appropriate documentation including rollover documentation, share contracts, dividend and managed fund distribution statements etc. As a client of ESUPERFUND you are not required to retain or provide any source documentation relating to most of your SMSF Investments. This information is electronically accessed by ESUPERFUND each year. This significantly reduces your administration burden as a Fund Trustee and minimizes any adverse issues in the event of an audit.
What information is electronically accessed by ESUPERFUND
In most cases, ESUPERFUND is able to electronically access all your SMSF information alleviating you from the responsibility of maintaining these records. Only in limited instances will you be required to provide information to ESUPERFUND to attend to the SMSF annual compliance requirements.
Annual Checklist
ESUPERFUND will send you an annual checklist in July of each year to ascertain the investments your Fund has invested in. Where applicable it will request certain information to be provided to finalise your SMSF annual compliance requirements. However in most cases no information will need to be provided by you as it will be electronically accessed by ESUPERFUND.
