We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support in 2015. In this issue we introduce our new pension application form and inform you of a change to our Annual Fee Direct Debit date. Lastly, we highlight some free ATO webinar topics that may be of interest to you.

Office Opening Hours

The offices of ESUPERFUND will be closed from 2 pm Thursday 24 December 2015 and will be open again on Monday 4 January 2016. We advise that should you have an urgent query during this period please submit an email query.

What's New?

New Online Pension Application

We are pleased to announce that the new online pension application has been implemented on the Client Portal. To submit your initial pension application, you simply need to login to your Client Portal, click on the menu tab ‘Member Account', and then select ‘Pensions’. With the new system, you are no longer required to provide your Fund details as this information is pre-filled automatically. Please click here for further information about the Pension Process.

Annual Fee Direct Debit Date

We advise that we will re-schedule the Annual Fee Direct Debit date to the 15th of January from 2016 onwards for clients who are currently paying on the 2nd of January. We would greatly appreciate you ensuring there are sufficient funds in your SMSF bank account before the 15th of January 2016 to action this payment.
