What is Included in our Annual Administration Fee

Annual Financial Reporting and Compliance ServicesOngoing Administration, Technology and Support Services

ESUPERFUND prepares and coordinates your Fund's annual financial reporting and compliance requirements, including:

  • Preparation of the annual Balance Sheet.
  • Preparation of the annual Profit & Loss Statement (Operating Statement).
  • Preparation of annual Member Statements.
  • Preparation of annual Trustee Resolutions and Minutes.
  • Preparation and lodgement of the Fund's annual Income Tax Return.
  • Preparation of the Fund's annual financial statements.
  • Coordination and preparation of the Fund for its independent annual audit.
  • Liaising with the approved SMSF auditor throughout the audit process and responding to audit queries where required.

ESUPERFUND assists with the ongoing administration of your Fund throughout the financial year, including but not limited to:

  • Access to the ESUPERFUND Client Portal and proprietary administration platform.
  • Ongoing collection, validation, processing and reconciliation of your Fund's financial information and transactions.
  • Secure electronic storage and maintenance of Fund records, trustee information and historical documentation.
  • Access to pension, death benefit agreement and other Fund administration documents.
  • Maintenance of banking, broker, SuperStream and other third-party data integrations.
  • Client support, administration checklists and compliance workflows throughout the year.
  • Regulatory monitoring to support your Fund's ongoing compliance obligations.
  • Ongoing Software provision, system hosting, cybersecurity, data protection, platform maintenance and technology upgrades.
FIRST FINANCIAL YEAR

 Financial Year ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee

For the  Financial Year, the ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee is FREE*.

The  ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee is FREE* only if you proceed with setup and activation of your SMSF account.

SECOND FINANCIAL YEAR

 Financial Year ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee

For the  Financial Year, the ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee to attend to the taxation and accounting obligations including the audit and ongoing administration for your SMSF is  per annum (GST inclusive). This Fee does not change irrespective of the number of transactions made by your SMSF, the size of your SMSF or the number of Members.

ONGOING FEE

 Financial Year and Future Financial Years ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee

After the  Financial Year, the ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee (currently ) to attend to the taxation and accounting obligations including the audit and ongoing administration for your SMSF, will be reviewed annually. If there is a change to the ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee, the change will be notified by ESUPERFUND via this page on our website. Fee Increases where applied will be in line with our aim to ensure our fees are competitive in the market on a continual basis.

Not an Introductory Fee

As detailed above our administration fee is currently fixed at  per annum, irrespective of the number of transactions made by your SMSF, the size of your SMSF or the number of Members. The ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee is not an introductory fee. Our aim is to ensure our fees are competitive in the market on a continual basis.

When is the ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee Payable?

The 2027 Financial Year ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee is FREE. The 2028 Financial Year ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee is payable in January 2028. Future fees are payable each 12 month anniversary thereafter, in January each year.
Example:
For example if you establish your SMSF with ESUPERFUND on or before 15 August 2026, your ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fees will be as follows:

  •  Financial Year FREE
  •  Financial Year ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee Payable 15 January 2028
  •  Financial Year ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee Payable 15 January 2029

and so on ..

Who Pays the ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee?

Your SMSF will pay the ESUPERFUND Annual Administration Fee from the Transaction Bank Account established for your SMSF. An authority to make the payment annually is included with the Establishment Package for signing, meaning that the payment will occur automatically each year from your SMSF's Transaction Bank Account.

Important Information

When setting up an SMSF it is important to understand that additional fees may apply that must be carefully considered prior to making a decision to set up an SMSF including an ATO Supervisory Levy, Company Trustee Setup Fee (where applicable), and Investment Fees.
