Please note that there are now only a few lenders that lend to SMSF's. The major banks (CBA, NAB, ANZ, Westpac etc) along with other previous SMSF lenders no longer have an SMSF lending product. 1 For established houses/townhouses/house units in metropolitan areas, AAA applicants (ie clear credit, consistent employment, not on probation etc.) with strong financial position and up to 60% LVR only. For full Interest Rates details please click here.

2 For AAA applicants (ie clear credit, consistent employment, not on probation etc.) only. Application Fee payable at valuation, Legal Fee payable at Formal Approval. For non-AAA applicants, Application Fee: $1,045, Valuation Fee: $330, Legal Fee: $695, Documentation Fee: $695. All fees are not refundable.
